Goals: June 2016
Jun 01, 2016

Five months are long gone. Honestly I don’t feel like May was a productive one, professionally that is, I was only able to finish reading two books, not my best month that’s for sure:

  1. PostgreSQL Replication, Second Edition
  2. Design for The mind

I haven’t done anything really interesting in months, and to say the truth I haven’t really found the sparkle to start working on a personal open source project, I have a few ideas here and there, but still. I’ve been slacking off that’s for sure.

I did start reading my Go In Action book and I’ve been trying to get involved in Go-related projects, follow some interesting people on twitter, read some free material and stuff like that. Still, I’m an spectator, I haven’t done anything yet.

I must set concise goals if I want to create something special, whatever that is. So this month I’m starting for real Sentinel, a project I created 6 months ago. By the end of this month I should have a program that outputs the disk space usage based on a collection of paths. A really simple thing. :fingerscrossed:
